[Bug 11742] Small .net 1.1 app (FastMD5 1.3) fails to start up

Hi Dan, the app starts fine for me doing:

rm ~/.wine
winetricks corefonts
wine dotnetfx1.1.exe (the .net 1.1 instalation executable)
winetricks gdiplus (otherwise fastmd5 crashes into unimplemented gdiplus
function)
wine setup.exe ( and then start fastmd5)

As far as i can see this bug can be closed, the only thing is it still needs
the corefonts and gdiplus, but that's covered ny other bugs i guess.
