[Bug 4009] Worms Armageddon installs fine, but won't start

It's certainly a messaging or WM problem. It's caused by the order windows are
created too. Try this:

1. Start winefile using a desktop window and without any hack.
2. Launch Worms or Diablo.
3. Watch as winefile is drawn to the screen now where the menu is supposed to
be. Of course it's not really on top.

Also, I must state that this has to be a regression from the WM rewrite because
I remember Diablo working correctly 4+ years ago.
