[Bug 42207] TaxAct 2016 Downloaded Version -- Import not working

According to the TaxAct web site, it appears that the free version will import
returns for a charge of $5. I have not tried it myself with the free version,
but I can donate this amount to the Wine project to facilitate work on this
bug. Or, I can donate $50 which would cover the cost of the "Plus" version
which I have.
