[Bug 20079] WOW locks up at login screeen

Like I said when it locks up the output in the term window appears to be
looping :

went to run some applications and everything is slow as molasas...

seems to be getting in a infinite loop in the apply context draw buffer

Wine test also runs slow as well where before in the graphics section it ran
fine...
