[Bug 23403] X11 mouse pointer sometimes hidden, sometimes visible in Anarchy Online

I hadn't noticed the first time I read bug 20362, but now I see that some
people are getting the "X11 pointer is visible but stuck" but other people are
getting the "X11 pointer is visible and follows game pointer".

If bug 20362 is supposed to cover both issues, then this is a duplicate.  I'm
not certain if it is supposed to though.

Sadly Anarchy Online goes a bit crazy when changing the X resolution - lots of
bits of the game interface fail to redraw properly.
