You are using 64-bit Wine. Remove it and install 32-bit one instead.

Fedora packages Wine with a custom not supported by WineHQ pulseaudio
driver, that makes all the Fedora packages broken from WineHQ point of
view. Report all bugs with using Fedora Wine packages to Fedora.
