Hello,

I couldn't reproduce the original issue (client crashing - not working at all),
but in the current state, RiotClientServices.exe sometimes randomly crashes.

If the Riot launcher is still open when it crashes, it's still usable, but if
the crash happens while the riot launcher is hidden (in the League of Legends
client or in a match), the background (hidden) Riot launcher doesn't come back
after closing the League of Legends client and you have to kill the background
process to close it.
