Wine 1.3.7 with Liberation Sans replacement

I then made the suggested modification: ran regedit under WINE, created a key
at:
"HKCU\Software\Wine\Fonts\Replacements", created a String Value of name
"Tahoma" with value "Liberation Sans".

The red font got better, but the white font got worse, with lots of random
unicode characters, sometimes entire lines of them.
