[Bug 11674] Dual-core not being correctly supported in World of Warcraft (WOW)

Using the revised patch, there are still some issues for me.
In certain areas, my FPS nosedives -- I think there was one in Orgrimmar, but
there's definitely one inside the inn at Cenarion Refuge in Zangarmarsh. 
Walking around inside the inn gives me 43-60fps with vanilla Wine, but with the
patch, I get about 13fps.
These are reliable results.

I'm using an NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT with 512MiB of RAM, blob driver v270.26.
Resolution 1920x1200, 4x anti-aliasing, CPU is a quad-core Intel Core 2 Q6600.
