Either I can't reproduce it, or the change in mouse behavior is much too subtle
for me to notice - Audiosurf seems to run perfectly for me. Sorry.

You said that the mouse input worked fairly well under Wine 1.3.37, and on
2013-01-20 (just after Wine 1.5.22 was released), you said it was slippery.
Maybe run a regression test to identify the commit that made it become
slippery? It'll take some time to do, but it would greatly help us in better
understanding the problem.
