1K is way too short. Did you really remove the file from _winetrickscache_?
Winetricks doesn't checksum that file hence corrupted one might get copied
again into WINEPREFIX.
Again: make sure 'l_intl.nls' is valid.
If it still crashes even with a valid 'l_intl.nls' (around 5K size), attach log
again (same procedure from comment #32).
