[Bug 16122] Output area of a window moves twice as fast as the window itself

It seems that it does not work even in fullscreen mode now. Also when starting
this program, two instances are started at once instead of one.

There is no menu entries after program installation and no uninstall option in
"Uninstall Wine software". The default installation directory proposed is
somewhat weird place in windows\system32 (instead of Program Files) and if no
such directory exists it is not created.

These all are regressions.
