As an example you can get the following console line when you start the
setup.exe :

0100:err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"C:\Program Files
(x86)\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\IsProBE.tlb" failed
with error 2

This is an output from the following code I guess:

I'm not a developer though and the installer isn't broken. Is there any
difference in how THIS one installer works on WINE and on Windows if you turn
off WINE-specific logs?
