[Bug 31071] DotA 2: overbright/broken lighting effects

Another note - i have installed this game using how-to on appdb dota page,
which seems to be partially outdated now. The things i tried so far:

1) Removing msvc 2010 redist (removed via uninstaller, removed overrides via
winecfg)
2) Removing registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Direct3D\UseGLSL =
disabled
3) In file drive_c/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/common/dota 2
beta/dota/cfg/video.txt i tried to set "setting.cpu_level" to 0 and 1

None of them helped to eliminate any lighting effect problems.
