A DLL that intercepts calls to wininet.dll

I do not have Windows anymore, but I have done this on Windows before and
tested this little DLL under wine.  Steps to use:
1) Rename "wininet.dll" to "wininet.dll-orig"
2) Copy the "wininet.dll" included in the attached ZIP file and place it in the
original's place
3) Run the B.NET system checker from the command-line
4) Try to submit and look in the command-line for:
"HttpSendRequestA data: '<data goes here>'
