I think that's a little quick, Dan.  The crash is in ntdll, in a function
crypt32 doesn't call, directly or indirectly.  A +crypt log might help.

Also, since the behavior has changed, a regression test might be useful to
identify which commit causes IE8 to exit instead of being allowed to continue.
