[Bug 11188] Most attempts to save in Warcraft III 1.21a Reign of Chaos crash the game

I've been trying to do a proper regression test, but between the half-hour
compile time, various revisions of wine failing to compile*, and the relatively
frequent hard-reboots it's beginning to get a little trying. I'll keep at it,
since I can reproduce this bug pretty somewhat reliably, but I'm not sure how
far I'll get.

Memtest returned clean, by the way.

(*Apparently git-bisect doesn't cope too well with the skip command either, so
there might be nothing for it.)
