[Bug 22041] winedevice doesn't realized changed screen resolution

FWIW if I suspend2ram my ntoebook at work and wake up my notebook here in my
home office than still "wineserver" and "winedevice.exe MountMgr" are running
eg. if I worked with Lotus Notes 7.0.2 before. Even if I fexit Lotus Notes here
at home, those 2 services are still running - therefore the issue still
persists.

Killing both services or waiting until they finished automatically (10 minutes
or so) helped.
