[Bug 51603] All applications were running with a crash dialog, and can not run any application after re-create the .wine prefix.

I have SIP enabled, setting this to disabled shouldn’t be required.

However it would be interesting if you no longer get the error after exiting
wine with this disabled.

Still need to find the time to do a regression test on that crash that happens
when exiting wine sigh…
