My guess was correct - CopyImage was doing w RGB656 -> RGB555 conversion. I wrote a patch not to use CopyImage however it was decided that it's better to fix the CopyImage (even if Windows CopyImage has also the same bug). I haven't written a patch yet but I'm planning to do it.
