Here is the console output with Wine 1.7.25. The crash doesn't appear anymore but the grahics are going black after changing from fullscreen mode to window mode (but it happens not in the other direction after restarting the game) and I'm only able to see the fonts. Probably it has to do with the error "err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x3d663e60: "GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY error generated. My graphics card has a dedicated memory of 2 GiB and "VideoMemorySize" is set to "2048" under [Software\Wine\Direct3D] in ~/.wine/user.reg.
