[Bug 10033] Inverted / wrong color textures in Portal and Half-Life 2 Episode two

Mostly fixed in current cvs, BUT it's really slow.

I've put everything on "low" and started the game from the beginning. It's
still slow, but more "playable".

So the bad colors are mostly gone, but sometimes "green stuff" appears. A
"green wall coming at me" appeared when Alyx used the gravity gun, and "green
stuff" appears on the mountain tops, and whatever. I suspect this has to do
with particles and effects like fog/whatever.

I've also noted some weird "particles" floating around inside the carriages,
"about 20cm" above the water. But while Alyx move kind of "continuously", these
particles are only updated about twice a second.

I'll try to make a screenshot of everything.
