[Bug 15718] Failed install of Sage MAS 500

I have contacted the software vendor and they have given me permission to
release a copy of the client for developement purposes.  The zipped file is
200mb so I cannot attach it here or email it.  I would rather not post the file
on a public server.  If you have any suggestions on how I will gladdly provide
a copy.
