--- Comment #7 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
where did you get the information from that everything needs to go to 'AGEIA Technologies' folder?
I've dumped the 'Component', 'Directory' and 'File' table of the MSI package with 'ORCA'.
The installer behaves exactly as it should. The empty folder is expected. It seems there are some parts (table entries) present in the MSI that are superfluous, indicating the base of the MSI package was used to author other variants of PhysX installers as well. This package is a "system software" variant, with some stuff stripped out.
There are several 'D_AGEIA_xxx' folder references present but the 'Component' and 'File' table clearly show that all files physically present in the package get installed below the parent folder which is 'NVIDIA Corporation'

D_NVIDIA ProgramFilesFolder mzboc9-f|NVIDIA Corporation ProgramFilesFolder TARGETDIR . ... --- snip ---
IMHO nothing to fix here -> invalid
@Austin (off-topic): Please try to ensure that essential fields of bugs are filled if the info is known. It's not very hard to do. It really bothers me that we have still ~460 bugs that have no Wine version set at all where it clearly could have been present.
