--- Comment #2 from Frank NihonFalcomOrigin@hotmail.fr --- Hello Fabian.
First of all, thank you very much for answering me. Indeed, it is indeed the game "Cobra Kai: The Karate Kid Saga Continues" on Steam made by: Development : Flux Games Publisher: GameMill Entertainment GameMill Entertainment
To install Wine I use this way: https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian
I was on the stable version that I uninstalled to try to install version 6.0.2 by taking the .tar.xz archive. The problem is that you really need to know how to configure and build the software before installing it. This is something I'm not sure how to do even though I can use and understand the terminal well for other uses.
So I installed the development version again instead of the stable one to wait for an update from wine in a few days, hoping that the problem will be solved and in the meantime, it will also allow me to better understand what you have linked to me.
It will take me some time to understand this too, as I have never compiled software to be able to fix problems when the opportunity arises. Otherwise, I might have already solved the problem. Compiling software is something important that I still need to know how to do.
However, I know that by using playonlinux, you can manage several versions of wine while only one version is installed on the system. This is something that could solve my problem if I knew how to manage other versions of wine from the command line.
I think there must also be an incompatibility of wine 7.0 with dxvk 1.9.3?
If you have any other information to give me on "how to manage other versions of wine" or anything else, I thank you in advance.
If not, I'll let you know when the problem is fixed somehow.
Thank you very much for your help.
Have a nice day.
Frank.
