Please don't change the version, it's the first it was found in.

First, the patches aren't accepted yet. It's a fairly invasive change, so it
will probably take a while longer.

But I'm not even sure if that's the fix anymore. Most likely the two issues
aren't connected.
I had to rewrite the patch, I had to removed RDW_ALLCHILDREN because my tests
proved that to be wrong.
But without that, this issue here isn't fixed.
So, I'm not really sure how to address this bug, but I'll look into it.
