[Bug 14045] SketchUp was unable to initialize OpenGL

After reverting HW_OK back to 0 I tried

WINEDEBUG=+wgl wine sketchup.exe

Strangely reverting the HW_OK string to 0 did not cause sketchup to fail
again.Instead sketchup reverts HW_OK back to 1. 
Not knowing what causes sketchup to change the value back to 1, I could not
reproduce the error.
