Clean prefix, env set to Win10, only vcrun2015 (tried also vcrun2019) installed
that is needed by Lightroom.

Erm, found a random api-ms-win-core-winrt-error-l1-1-0.dll (version 6.2.8400.0)
in Google (Eh...) and Lightroom works just like before.
