[Bug 22591] Memory Map using IE4 won't load on AMD 64 bit

OK.

In due course (a few weeks time) I will do a fresh Ubuntu install on the AMD64
machine and try to reproduce the bug again.
If I can reproduce the bug I will raise a new report.  I was thrown by not
being able to run applications from a CD with the new release of Ubuntu.  My
thrashing around may have corrupted something.
