[Bug 26841] Reaper: File extensions not saved with project file

Just installed 1.3.21 and cursory testing appears to confirm that both aspects
of the bug, the missing checkboxes and the missing extension are fixed.

Will install reaper in a new prefix (was my plan anyways) and let you know
after really working with it for a while.
