Debug trace, switches -relay,+loaddll,+seh,+tid (+relay leads to 178GB trace!)

It seems the last DLL correctly loaded is ericapi.dll, a file provided by the
tax office (so-called Elster-Schnittstelle). This thing raises an exception
that is not handled. At the end it seems the last exception handler in the
chain tries to throw a message what also failed.

This fixme message that pops up whenever MSVCRT__stdio_common_vfprintf is
called deserves attention, too, I think.
