Did you notice this while debugging a problem?

It seems to me that this is just a cosmetic issue since the offset of parameter
conformance is only used in the stubless case and the type is only when using
the new correlation descriptor (which verifies that the conformance read into
memory matches the conformance descriptor on the wire).
