Log: install PbSetup60.exe

1. Download the installer:
$ wget --referer=http://www.cmbchina.com/cmbpb/v36/pb.htm 
http://121.15.172.132/download/PB/PbSetup60.exe

2. install with wine:
$ wine PbSetup60.exe

An error occur at the end of installation, the error message is "Initial com
error #3! #13",
