[Bug 30227] .lnk shortcuts created by NSIS installer: last parameter done wrong

have you tried this yet on your machine? does installation of windows apps with
an installer work perfectly on your box as far as creating a shortcut? or...?
that's what this bug is about.

the machine I was on was a 32-bit box with 2GiB RAM if that makes any
difference.
I will try in the future to remember to state which linux version Iam using.
right now, my test box won't have a dvd burner for another 2-4 months so I can
install linux again. right now the machine has windows 8 on it.

my budget for hardware is on a waiting list right now.
