[Bug 12780] wine iexplore http://winehq.org doesn't work

I just tested this using wine 0.9.36 [1], and it doesn't work either, though in
this version, iexplore pops up a message box saying that winehq.org couldn't be
found, which it doesn't do in the latest version.  However, Steam does also pop
up a message box in the latest version.  While I haven't tried running iexplore
in wine on a 32-bit kernel, I did use Steam, and the embedded browser used to
work. Perhaps this is a 64-bit related issue.
