[Bug 15487] 3DS Max 7.0: Registration Window doesn't load properly

It got it to load up further, but not all the way. It just displayed some of
the text that was supposed to be there and a picture, but you can't do anything
useful. Every time I clicked or pressed enter on anything, it would produce
this fixme:

fixme:shdocvw:ClOleCommandTarget_Exec (0x1dc234)->((null) 35 0 (nil) (nil))

I'm going to have to agree with you that this bug is the same with the Autocad
program. (I didn't see the bug before when I was checking to make sure I didn't
make a duplicate of another).
