It looks like the GPU on your Intel notebook only supports OpenGL 2.1, which isn't enough to handle d3d10 or 11. That said, it looks like the game falls back to d3d9 just fine. I'm not sure why you get a black screen, I don't see anything suspicious in the log. I don't have suggestions aside from trying to update Mesa or Wine.
I suspect on the desktop you're encountering a different issue (bug 39754) which is now fixed in git (and will be released in Wine 3.15) and you can workaround with the -force-d3d9 command line argument.
even with the -force-d3d9 have happened (I think the log is from a run with '-force-d3d9' in Battle.net options for the game...)
