[Bug 15814] Oblivion crashes on launch

Using the native version of the dll seems to fix the problem...but, and I don't
mean to be rude, doesn't that defeat the purpose of wine? Or has wine not
implemented 'all' of direct x9?

I appreciate the help in fixing though. I suppose I can just deal with using
the native dll until this is implemented.
