Have you tried running with Arabic locale? You can temporary set it as
'LANG=ar_AE.UTF-8 wine WINWORD.EXE', as an example for Emirates variant, you
would use whatever is installed and appropriate for you.

If this is specific to Word, it's better to open another report just for that,
as it's clearly not the shaping issue, but is a step before that.
