Well, I am new to Ubuntu and Linux. I am not familiar how to set a backtrace. Maybe I will wait until Ubuntu 10.04 comes out and see if I can install Wine and SlingPlayer and make it work then. I just do not have time to fool around with this. I will just continue to use Windows 7 to watch Slingbox.
I am not sure if the problem is with the 64-bit architecture running 32 bit application or what. I just do not have time to figure this out and get frustrated.
I really thought I could switch to Ubuntu for all applications, but it seems as if companies are not developing software to run on a Linux platform (Slingbox/Slingplayer, Roxio, Belkin, etc.).
