[Bug 9550] Mouse position desync with cursor in UFO:ET

The game uses it's own cursor.
Forgot to mention here I run the Game in virtual desktop,
but even in fullscreen - same Issue.
Any Ideas? - It's seems that this bug is the only one making UFO unusable.
