That isn't the issue here, It's not the Windows version selected in winecfg
that's the issue, it's that the 32bit installer is checking for 64bit support
and this check is failing due to only being able to run the 32bit application
with 32bit wine...

Also I'm on the latest version provided by Ubuntu...
