Yeah. It also helps users looking for them since CLOSED bugs are by default not
included in bug searches.

Specifically WRT this bug, it might make sense to reopen the bug if we think we
can do something better in handling minified windows which don't get their X11
window unmapped, or change the resolution to INVALID / WONTFIX if we consider
the relevant KDE setting as not supportable.
