[Bug 11056] TAB key counted twice

For example, under Tools-Options, tab Editor, when I click on "Rt mouse sets
insertion Pt", if I use the Tab key, i'm positioned on "Smart insertion point"
instead of "Persistent note tools"

I use the Beta 2.16 release of Noteworthy (version 2).

It's not simple for me to upgrade my wine version, as I'm a bit stuck with
Debian packages (I'm on Lenny, but it's not as fast as you, Wine developers, go
;-)).

I'm a bit afraid of getting packages from Sid, as I have to use NWC everyday...
