[Bug 14971] Blank screen on Colin McRae 2005

As i said in my previous post. The update to v1.1 might have solved this issue.

I tried without the update and I couldn't get passed the Starforce protection
this time.

Having said that, there are others with the blank screen issue, that should try
the v1.1 update like I did and see if it fixes it.

Also the grey cars problem seems to only exist at 640x480. Yet the split
rendering still exists. Should i close this ticket and open another for the
split rendering?
