[Bug 12724] 3D Studio MAX 7.0 cannot render 3D windows in program

I already have the program, I mentioned that for people who didn't.

As you'll notice without the native DLL's, the program will try loading the
plugins, then lock up on the cmbtex.dlt plugin file, resulting in that final
error.

I'll try running ProcessExplorer again to see if it can tell me what's 
happening during that moment.
