Output of wine with WINEDEBUG=warn+all

WriteWay installer from http://www.writewaypro.com/download.php fails to
install.  It puts up a Notice window with:

The following minumem system requirements for this setup were not met:

Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista

The setup will now abort.
