No. Comment #6 says it all.
Comment #6 is based on behaviour from a very long time ago. I don't know anything from msi, but i created a debuglog, and it looks like the installer bumps out after this call:
0018:Call KERNEL32.GetProcAddress(00000000,00ea1290 "WelcomeDlg") ret=10005531 0018:Ret KERNEL32.GetProcAddress() retval=00000000 ret=10005531
Is that WelcomeDlg some kind of action in msi? Or am i way off?
