What if you run it in 32 bit instead of 64? Try creating a new prefix like:

env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 winecfg
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 <Path to the installer>

Then CD to the program folder and do another:
env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine32 <program exe>
