I don't know, at this point it's a little difficult to reproduce the test
conditions given that that link no longer points to the Silverlight demos.  I
could try using the wayback machine (old page:
https://web.archive.org/web/20190207172427/http://www.iis.net/media/experien...),
but if it requires a connection on Silverlight's side to old servers that don't
exist (likely) then that's not going to work.  I'm going to say that this
should probably be abandoned.
